MediaStar 2005 Catalog (Left click to Open, Right click to Download)

This new series of microphones are all dynamic, low impedance in the 500 to 600 ohm range. All feature machined metal cases and woven steel protective grills. All microphones are complete with shielded, flexible microphone cords. The 75-1500 (on your left) has a 12 foot cord terminated in a standard 1/4" phone plug for use with unbalanced amplifiers. All other microphones are supplied with a 17 foot, balanced microphone cords terminated in a three pin XLR style connector (standard for use with balanced amplifiers). All cords are black rubber insulated.

71-1512 The MediaStar microphone model 1512 features a hyper-cardioid pickup pattern that is preferred by many entertainers. The pick up pattern is excellent for aiming at a specific musical instrument, tight vocalist group; elminates noise from the sides. A good feature for public speaking as well, reducing sound pickup from audience or on the dais. The Pewter finish is attractive and retards bright reflections when in the spotlight.It features an On/Off switch on the body for user control and supplied with a 17 foot long, super-flexible MediaStar* cord which is terminated in a 3-pin XLR - style connector for use with balanced input amplifier systems. The cord plugs into the microphone base, and other lengths are available. 71-1515 The MediaStar microphone model 1515 features a hyper-cardioid pickup pattern that is preferred by many entertainers.
